3.2 Accurate Information
When registering with 8k8ag, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID, your date of birth, your email address, and your mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your 8k8ag login credentials — including your username and password — confidential and secure. Do not share your account details with anyone, not even with 8k8ag support staff. We will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available.
- Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
- Notify 8k8ag immediately at support@8k8ag.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

4.3 Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are processed once your account has passed KYC verification. Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours. VIP Club members enjoy priority processing. All withdrawals are paid to the same method used for deposit where possible, to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱500

5.2 Bonus Abuse
8k8ag has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bots or automated software, placing bets in a pattern designed to exploit bonuses without genuine gaming intent, or colluding with other players. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings will be voided.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account after the specified period. The expiry date for each bonus is stated in the individual bonus terms.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
