Some changes — like updating your registered name or date of birth — require supporting ID documents and go through our KYC team for verification. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. Accepted Philippine government-issued IDs include: Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or Postal ID. Deposits

The minimum deposit at 8k8ag is ₱100. This applies across all payment methods including GCash, Maya, and bank transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though VIP players may have elevated limits. All amounts are in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph are typically credited to your 8k8ag balance within a few seconds to 5 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay are usually instant as well. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. If your deposit has not reflected after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we will look into it right away.

8k8ag does not charge any platform fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider (GCash, Maya, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges depending on your account type and the amount transferred. These third-party fees are outside 8k8ag's control. We recommend checking with your payment provider if you notice any deductions on their end.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the Withdrawal section, select your payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals can be sent to your registered GCash or Maya wallet, or to your linked Philippine bank account (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other InstaPay/PESONet-enabled banks). Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 1 hour during business hours. Your KYC must be verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.

The minimum withdrawal at 8k8ag is ₱200. This applies to all withdrawal methods. There is no processing fee charged by 8k8ag for standard withdrawals. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay are usually processed within the same business day. PESONet transfers may take 1–2 banking days depending on your bank's processing schedule. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing.
